This is getting regular!

Strange that only a month ago the first PS2 classics made their way to PSN, now it seems regularly there are more and more games making their way out for the new digital service, sadly though, this week more less known (But Fun!) titles seem to be making their debut along with Chrono Cross, which was announced earlier this week.

Looks decent for a 2005 game

Full Spectrum Warrior

A game developed originally by the U.S. Army and Pandemic studios of Australia (R.I.P.) this is a technical squad based shooter that got some pretty good press from gaming sites, even receiving a 9.2/10 from IGN way back in 2005 when it was released (among other decent reviews). Supposedly there was a bit of controversy at the time as well, that the Army was swindled by Pandemic and Sony for some reason or another, I can make a small bet that it was Fox News leading these charges, y’know… because they’re all patriotic and focus on the issues and all. If you’re looking for a squad based technical shooter this may just be your ticket, supposedly it’s quite strategic though, so don’t expect a “go in guns blazing” like Halo type experience.

EXPLOSIONS! XD!

Stuntman : Ignition

This game was actually the second PS3 game I ever owned, also being released for the PS2 at the time, Stuntman Ignition has you doing driving stunts for disaster movies, mafia films and even a superhero flick or two. I’m not sure how the PS2 version plays but I was hooked on the PS3 version. It’s a fun little game and it had me actively engaged in getting every perfect run in every level. At ten bucks though you could probably find the PS3 version at some Gamestop near you for cheaper though.
